Brewing tips
- Decaf beans are more porous, so grind one step coarser than you would for regular coffee.
- French press: 30 g to 500 g at 93 °C. Slightly cooler water keeps the finish sweet.
- Works as espresso too: 18 g in, 36 g out, a little faster than usual at around 25 seconds.
Shipping
We roast every Tuesday and ship every Wednesday with USPS Priority Mail, so most orders arrive in two to three days. Shipping is free on every US order.
Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days. If something arrives damaged, tell us and we'll send a replacement the same week.
