Your bag is roasted on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday, with the roast date on the label.

Subscription FAQ
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. Skip any single delivery, or pause for as long as you like, up until the Monday before it roasts. There is no fee and no minimum number of deliveries.
Which coffee will I get?
You choose. Pick one coffee and stay with it, rotate through our single origins, or let us send whatever we're most excited about that week. You can change your mind before any delivery.
When will my first bag arrive?
Your first bag goes out on the Wednesday after you sign up, roasted the day before. Most deliveries take two to three days with USPS Priority Mail.
How do I cancel?
Reply to any delivery email or use the contact form, and we'll cancel the same day. There is no contract and nothing to send back.
