How a bag reaches you

From our roaster to your cup in a week

Coffee is at its best between about five days and five weeks after roasting. We plan the whole week around that window.

  1. Tuesday, 7 am

    Roast

Each coffee gets its own profile on our 12 kg drum. We taste every batch before it is bagged.

  2. Tuesday night

    Rest

Fresh beans need a day to let off carbon dioxide. They rest overnight in the roastery.

  3. Wednesday

    Ship

Bagged, dated and handed to USPS Priority Mail by noon, ground to order if you ask.

  4. Friday

    Brew

Most bags arrive in two to three days, right as the flavour starts to open up.

“House Espresso dials in on my machine in two shots, every bag. Consistent in a way I didn't expect from a small roaster.”

“I skip a delivery whenever we travel and it just works. The roast date is always within a few days of the bag arriving.”
