A washed Yirgacheffe that smells like a florist's shop and drinks like Earl Grey with a squeeze of lemon. Light-bodied and bright, with a clean, honeyed finish that lingers. Our favourite as a pour-over, and lovely iced.

Brewing tips
- Pour-over: 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water at 94 °C, ground medium-fine. Aim to finish around 3:00.
- Iced: brew 15 g into 150 g of hot water poured straight over 100 g of ice. The florals stay crisp.
- Give the bag five to seven days after the roast date. The jasmine opens up as it rests.
Shipping
We roast every Tuesday and ship every Wednesday with USPS Priority Mail, so most orders arrive in two to three days. Shipping is free on every US order.
Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days. If something arrives damaged, tell us and we'll send a replacement the same week.
