Brewing tips
- Start with 15 g of coffee and 250 g of water at 94 °C. Rinse the paper filter with hot water first.
- Pour in slow circles, keep the water level steady, and aim to finish around three minutes.

Shipping
We roast every Tuesday and ship every Wednesday with USPS Priority Mail, so most orders arrive in two to three days. Shipping is free on every US order.
Unused gear can be returned within 30 days. If something arrives damaged, tell us and we'll send a replacement the same week.
